Jeff Gwirtz has written milling operations articles for World Grain since 2014. He is a milling industry consultant and president of JAG Services Inc. He was a milling science professor in the Department of Grain Science and Industry at Kansas State University for more than 20 years prior to becoming an industry consultant.
