MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA, US — The International Association of Operative Millers (IAOM) Annual Conference & Expo gathers milling and allied trade professionals from around the world for three days of education, networking and fellowship.
Educational and technical programs presented at the conference assist millers in improving yields, productivity, customer satisfaction and safety. The programs are presented by seasoned professionals in the field who have experienced the issues affecting millers first-hand.
The annual conference also includes the world’s largest expo for milling professionals, typically featuring over 100 companies displaying milling and processing equipment and related services.

After having to cancel the 2021 show due to COVID-19 pandemic restrictions and reduced attendance in 2022, this year’s turnout had organizers optimistic and suppliers and visitors making more connections for their businesses.
