The International Association of Operative Millers (IAOM) is celebrating its 125th anniversary with its annual conference and expo this week in Little Rock, Arkansas, US. It is the first in-person meeting for IAOM since the organization held its annual conference in New Orleans in 2019. The 2020 conference was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
