The department features Pro-Support service for Milleral and non-Milleral products, whether or not they are under warranty. 

The Pro-Support team members are experts in their jobs, IMAS said, and their responsibility is to provide technical service after sales. The team can provide consultancy services to make plant diagrams more efficient. 

It can provide rapid solutions with rapid spare-parts supply, online technical support and on-site technical support.
