BOLOGNA, ITALY — FRAME announced on Sept. 24 that after a lengthy assessment process, the company has been awarded the UNI EN 1090-1:2012 Certificate by ICIM SpA.
This E.U. certification applies specifically to the manufacturing procedures adopted by FRAME in the production of, “Steel structural components, welded & not welded, for the construction of silos,” and allows FRAME to apply the CE mark to the products they produce.
In addition to this important certificate, FRAME has received updated certification for its quality control procedures, UNI EN ISO 9001:2008, specifically covering the, “Design, production and installation of grain storage systems, and UNI EN ISO 3834-2,” which covers the quality control of the welding processes used in the production of the FRAME range of FP flat-bottom and FC hopper bottom silos and associated accessories.
