CREMONA, ITALY — Ocrim has opened a new chemical laboratory at its School of Milling Technology in Cremona, Italy.

Located within the former foundry at the company’s headquarters, the laboratory offers a renovated and modern environment in terms of space and equipment.

The latest technologies offered by the specialized sector have been introduced, with the aim of achieving better execution of various tests, including moisture, ash, protein, fat and more; analyzing the organoleptic, rheological, physicochemical, biological, and microscopic characteristics of the sample.

The modernization effort represents only the beginning of a series of operations that Ocrim said will allow it to maintain its commitment to excellence and continue to provide cutting-edge services in the milling sector.

“We will continue to inspire and train the next generation of milling technicians from around the world, ensuring the highest quality and reliability at every stage of the process,” Ocrim said.
