Manildra said the Innovation Center allows it to streamline time to market for both new ingredients and customer initiatives. The center has many capabilities, including ingredient quality testing, bake testing, and finished product analysis. The bakery in the Innovation Center is able to produce a variety of food products, including bread, cakes, tortillas, nutrition bars and snacks, Manildra said.
