KIEV, UKRAINE — Ukraine’s state-run grain firm DPZKU exported 73,860 tonnes of wheat flour in 2019-20, up 42% from the previous season, Reuters reported.

DPZKU’s exports accounted for 22% of Ukraine’s total exports of 334,120 for the season that goes from July to June.

The firm can produce up to 650,000 tonnes of flour per year. It exported most of its wheat flour to the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, China, Israel and Moldova.

Ukraine exported a record 56.5 million tonnes of grain in the 2019-20 season after a record 2019 harvest.
