GELENDZHIK, RUSSIA — The XXI International Grain Round “Grain Market-yesterday, today, tomorrow” has been rescheduled due to the global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Originally scheduled for June 2-5, the conference is now set for Sept. 22-25, 2020, in Gelendzhik, Russia.

The Russia Grain Union team is currently out of the office complying with the social distancing guideline until May 31, but intends to be back to work after it is lifted.

More than 1,200 representatives from more than 30 countries are expected to attend the event. Among the participants are leaders of the grain sector, heads of operator companies, transportation companies, organizations and agricultural producers from more than 40 federal subjects of Russia.

The conference will cover modern problems of state regulation of the grain market, future development of the agroindustrial complex, production forecasts, price development and grain market conditions, use of new production technologies, grain processing and storage, transportation developments and financial infrastructure.
