MOSCOW, RUSSIA — Former United Grain Co. managers have purchased Bunge’s Rostov grain terminal in southern Russia, Reuters reported, citing Sberbank, a Russian bank.

The Rostov terminal has an annual transshipment capacity of 1 million tonnes and storage capacity of 42,000 tonnes the new terminal owners Marat Shaidayev and Alexei Chemerichko, told Reuters.

Sberbank did not disclose transaction details, Reuters noted.
