MOUNDRIDGE, KANSAS, U.S. — The Bradbury Co., Inc. announced recently the appointment of Matt Werner to marketing manager, the promotion of Brett Barber to general sales manager and the promotion of Ben Schmidt to industry sales leader.

After serving the company in a direct sales capacity as a product line manager, Werner will be responsible for group marketing initiatives and execution. 

“Matt brings to the position a strong background in sales, marketing and social media,” said Ryan Durst, Sr. manager – sales and marketing. “He will help lead our overall brand development and messaging in the markets we serve.”

Barber has been with the company for 16 years, serving in a number of sales roles including his most recent position of sales team leader. He is the current chair of the Metal Construction Association’s Metal-forming Equipment/Roll-form Council. In his new role, Barber will be responsible for the management of multiple industries serviced by the company as well as international support. 

“Brett has responsibility for the overall management of specific industries and will continue to develop, teach and train our teams to achieve exceptional results,” Durst said.

Schmidt will be responsible for client relationships and sales into the metal building and trim industries. He will advance opportunities with owner operated businesses as well as large national corporate accounts. He brings 15 years of sales experience to the position. He is a graduate of the University of Kansas.
