MANHATTAN, KANSAS, U.S. — The International Grains Program, the Kansas State University (KSU) Department of Grain Science, AIB International, and the International Association of Operative Millers have joined forces to present "Grain Milling: Food Safety and HACCP Workshop."

This two and one-half day seminar will be Oct. 4-6, and has been developed specifically for the grain processing and milling industries. Topics to be covered include the flour milling process; flour mill GMPS and master sanitation schedules; HACCP defined; and how to develop a step-by-step process to implement a HACCP program in a mill.

The seminar will be at KSU’s Grain Science's International Grains Program Conference Center, 1980 Kimball Ave., 102 IGP Bldg., Manhattan, Kansas, U.S.

The registration fee is $975 which includes lunch all three days. This workshop is worth 1.7 continuing education units.
