ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA, U.S. — World Food Processing has acquired a soy protein isolate manufacturing facility in Turtle Lake, Wisconsin, U.S., from Kerry Ingredients & Flavors. The facility has a capacity of 5,000 tonnes. World Food Processing will produce hexane-free organic soy protein isolates there as well as conventional soy protein isolates.
