PADUA, ITALY — Mill Service SpA has acquired a number of assets of Golfetto Sangati that were previously part of the Germany-based GEA Group.

This acquisition, along with MS Mechatronics and MS Automation, has led to the creation of a group highly specialized in the milling industry and animal feed plants as well as in the processing, treatment, storage and handling of rice and cereals.

Golfetto Sangati will be named Golfetto Sangati Industries, but the technical and design skills which have always distinguished the company in this sector will be preserved, Golfetto Sangati said. In addition to this, the production and management infrastructures will be enhanced too, including the spare part segment of the historical site in Quinto di Treviso, Italy.

The sales organization will be characterized by the full cooperation between Golfetto Sangati Industries and Mill Service SpA area managers.

Mill Service SpA and Golfetto Sangati Industries, while maintaining separate identities, will work together to continue developing innovative solutions and to make the tradition of excellence in the engineering, manufacturing and marketing of top-level plants and equipment known worldwide.

For more than 90 years, Golfetto Sangati Industries has provided complete plants and equipment for each phase of the milling and feed industries.
