THISTED, DENMARK — Cimbria said it will be at the forefront of a major international IT project to increase efficiency and reduce complexity.

The project includes a SAP-based ERP system to optimize business operations and will create a dozen jobs.

“We are very excited to announce the launch of this important IT project,” said Gary Rollinson,  vice president at AGCO Grain & Seed, EAME. “The project will modernize the way we work with a single ERP system across our business. It will help our teams work smarter, so they can make our customers’ jobs easier.”

Cimbria is part of AGCO, a global leader in the design, manufacturing and distribution of agricultural machinery and precision ag technology.

“We are proud to be implementing this vital ERP system for AGCO’s Grain & Protein business unit throughout the EAME region,” Rollinson said. “We see the investment as a significant vote of confidence from our American AGCO owners. It shows Cimbria is an essential component in the growth of our business.”
