NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA, U.S. — A tugboat leading grain barges on the Mississippi River crashed into a bridge on March 15, sinking two of the barges, according to media reports.

It is unclear how much grain the two barges were carrying. The remaining 27 barges were corralled by official crews.

Coast Guard officials said no injuries were reported and the Luling Bridge was not damaged.
