California is home to 12 mills with a total capacity of 123, 820 cwts. Its mills include the Ardent Mills, San Bernardino facility pictured above as well as Ardent Mills in Colton and Stockton; Miller Milling Co. in Commerce, Fresno and Oakland; Lacey Milling Co. in Hanford; ADM Milling in Los Angeles; Grain Craft in Los Angeles; Giusto’s Vita-Grain Flour Mills and Specialty Foods in South San Francisco; General Mills in Vernon; and Bay State Milling in Woodland.
