Safe-Grain Inc.’s MaxiScan 24+ hazard monitoring system offers 48 discrete sensor inputs: 24 Thermocouple and 24 BeltTracker/switch/flow in addition to supporting up to 144 DigiMax digital sensors, including temperature, BeltTracker, and speed/motion. Historical data graphing is shown onboard the unit and it has an integrated web server, so no cloud subscription is needed. It supports Android and iOS devices and provides text and email alert messages. There are eight internal and up to 64 external output relays. Installation and configuration is straightforward.
Sioux Steel Co.’s Cornado Grain Spreader features an adjustable trap door and lower deflector to ensure there is a consistent spread of grain at any flow rate. Created to fit grain bins measuring 24 to 42 feet in diameter and 48 to 60 feet in diameter, the Cornado has the ability to handle up to 8,000 bph. The unique design allows for access to the grease bearings and the ability to adjust the spreader from the top of the bin.
Sukup’s commercial paddle sweeps provide a safe and reliable way to clean out bins. The zero-entry control system allows for automatic or manual operation, saving time and money. The serrated UHMW paddles will break up any crusted layers while the rubber paddles almost completely clean the floor. Sukup commercial paddle sweeps are available in capacities up to 10,000 bushels per hour.
