ABERDEEN, SOUTH DAKOTA, U.S. —Consolidated Ag Solutions, Inc. (CAS) has appointed Jeff Grawe as president and chief executive officer. CAS is a cooperative formed and founded in 2015 to create strategic advantages for three agricultural cooperatives: Wheat Growers, Central Valley Ag, and Landus Cooperative.

In his new role, Grawe will be responsible for the strategic direction and project execution of CAS. Grawe comes to CAS from Central Valley Ag, where he worked as the senior vice-president of Strategic Projects. Prior to that, he was vice-president of Relationship Manager for CoBank and was the owner of Heartland Strategies Business Consulting. Grawe replaces Robert Dude.

Grawe has a bachelor’s of arts degree in finance management from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa, U.S., and an MBA in finance from Rockhurst College, Kansas City, Missouri, U.S. In addition, he is a graduate of the Land O’ Lakes Executive Development Program and the Institute for Cooperative Leadership from the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri, U.S.
