ROLLE, SWITZERLAND — Archer Daniels Midland Co. (ADM), has been named Top Employer Europe 2022 by the Top Employer Institute of Rolle, Switzerland.

ADM, headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, US, was recognized for its human resources policies and practices, and efforts to engage its employees in diversity, equity and inclusion discussions and its commitment to sustainable practices.

The Top Employer Institute awards the certificates based on a survey of companies covering topics grouped in six areas: Steer, Shape, Attract, Develop, Engage and Unite. ADM scored high in all these areas.

In 2021, ADM scaled-up its European trainee program for merchandising, sales and marketing, finance and operations, securing a pipeline of graduates with an equal share of women. The company also hosted its first Women’s Leadership Summit for 150 female leaders in the EMEA region and conducted its third Global Week of Understanding to deepen employee knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion topics.
