Charlotte Atchley is senior editor at Baking & Snack, sister publication of World Grain, a position she has held since 2014. Atchley joined the magazine in 2011 as assistant editor and also served as associate editor in 2013 until assuming her current role. She has a bachelor’s degree in communications from Southwest Baptist University as well as a master’s degree in journalism from the University of Missouri.
LOWELL, MICHIGAN, US — King Milling Co., Michigan’s largest flour miller, on April 10 celebrated the completion of the latest expansion of its flour milling complex. The $47 million project, which began in 2022 and was completed this winter, involved erecting the mill as well as two slipform concrete wheat storage bins that are attached to it.
