Rebekah Schouten is a digital media associate editor for both Bakingbusiness.com and FoodBusinessNews.net, sister publications of World Grain. She joined Sosland Publishing Company in 2015 after serving as a production editor at a newspaper syndicate and a proofreader at a real estate company. Schouten received a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio.
