MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA, U.S. — Pipeline Foods, LLC on Sept. 6 launched its global operations designed to develop sustainable supply chains in agriculture with a focus on non-bioengineered/non-GMO and organic grains, oilseeds and ingredients for food and feed. The company also will provide professional expertise to farmers and food companies and wants to partner with like-minded individuals and organizations.

“Pipeline Foods is eager to invest in supply chain solutions that bring value to the organic and non-GMO grain and oilseed industry,” said Eric Jackson, chief executive officer of Pipeline Foods. “We will put more profits back into the hands of the farmers, create dependability and transparency for food companies, and offer unique investment opportunities for financial partners.”

Pipeline Foods has established regional headquarters in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, and Buenos Aires, Argentina. The company has operations in more than 50 countries and employs more than 40 people globally.

“In order to capitalize on the opportunity to invest $300 (million) to $500 million in this sector over the next three to five years, we must have a strong team in all operational areas,” Jackson said. “Having been in agriculture for almost 35 years, I have been very impressed with the quality of the individuals we've recruited to participate in our important mission.”
