KIEV, UKRAINE. – Ukraine has exported 27.6 million tonnes of grain since the beginning of the 2017-18 marketing year (July-June), according to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food.

As of March 12, the country has exported 13.4 million tonnes of wheat, 4 million tonnes of barley, and 10.1 million tonnes of corn.

The Ministry noted that Ukraine so far this year has exported 328,000 tonnes of flour.

Ukraine is forecast to export about 41 million tonnes this year, which is about 3 million tonnes below last year’s total of  43.9 million tonnes of grain.
