TEUTOPOLIS, ILLINOIS, U.S. — Siemer Milling Co. recently opened a new 8,000-square-foot technical center in Teutopolis, Illinois, U.S. The center is located adjacent to the company’s main office, and includes an expanded, upgraded R&D laboratory, a wheat test milling facility, and meeting, conference and office spaces.

Founded in 1882, Siemer is the 10th largest flour milling company in the United States with daily wheat flour capacity of 36,500 cwts, according to the 2018 Grain & Milling Annual published by Sosland Publishing Company.
