WASHINGTON, D.C., U.S. — The Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) is seeking stakeholder input as it develops its survey focused on the use of distiller’s grains and by-products, the NASS said on March 10.

The Distillers’ By-products Survey will gather information from livestock producers across 48 states. NASS plans to begin collecting data in January, 2012.


A notice in the Federal Register includes details about the opportunity for interested individuals and organizations to provide input to NASS. The notice is available at:http://go.usa.gov/4YS. All comments need to be submitted by March 28.
