For more than six decades, the organization has sought solutions to problems as complex as fighting cancer and bioterrorism, as practical as improving highway safety and reducing lead paint exposure, and as everyday as how to make freeze-dried coffee or the hard-shell candy coatings for M&Ms candies.
MRIGlobal co-manages the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in Golden, Colorado, U.S., and is a key contractor at the National Energy Technology Laboratory — both Department of Energy Laboratories where groundbreaking solutions to energy problems are being developed, tested and deployed.
In addition, MRIGlobal's researchers in Florida, Maryland and Missouri are at the forefront of developing sustainable transportation biofuels.
Scientists at MRIGlobal are working with the National Institutes of Health, the Department of Defense, and others to protect world health through research in detecting and treating infectious disease, understanding drug toxicology, and developing innovative cancer therapeutics.
