MODUGNO, ITALY – Bühler opened a second service station in Modugno near Bari in the province of Apulia, Italy, at the end of September.

 

Pierpaolo Torriani, managing director at Bühler Milan, and Omar Maggioni, head of customer service at Bühler Milan, welcomed many Bühler customers from southern and central Italy at the official inauguration.

The service station offers localized service solutions to Bühler customers in southern Italy, such as prompt availability of services and spare parts, service on site, as well as easy access to expert knowledge.

The service station has a large stock of spare and wear parts. It features diagnostic equipment and facilities to perform roll analysis (rollDetect) and roll fluting for rolls with a maximum length of 1,600 mm and a diameter of 400 mm.

 

It also is equipped with machines for the Bühler sieve tensioning service and accommodates a Sortex showroom.
