Dickinson and Wohlford will work together on marketing and sales efforts, as well as sharing management of the day-to-day operations of the company and strategic planning. Dickinson will help continue the company's successful growth and expand CCS into additional markets.
“I am very excited about the opportunities, potential and synergy that this partnership creates,” Dickinson said. “I am eager to see what we can do together with our combined knowledge of the agricultural and concrete repair industry.”
Dickinson has more than 30 years of experience in management, estimating and business development. Prior to joining CCS Group, he managed operations and business development for a concrete restoration contractor specializing in the structural assessment and repair of grain handling facilities, flour/feed mills and mining/cement facilities. He also has been involved in many other large commercial, institutional and industrial construction projects over his career. Past roles include vice-president of operations and business development, construction manager, and director of preconstruction services.
“Creating this partnership will allow us to expand our customer base and customer services,” Wohlford said. “We will continue to build on our role as a leader in providing our customers with outstanding quality, accurate information and relentless commitment to deliver on our promises. CCS and our customers will benefit immensely with Rich as partner and COO.”
