MANHATTAN, KANSAS, U.S. — Kansas State University’s (KSU) Department of Grain Science & Industry will host an open house event on April 1 in the Shellenberger Hall.

The event will run 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will include the following activities:
  • Flour milling demonstrations
  • Roll pretzels in the Bake Lab
  • Make EPAW Cruncher Dog Treats

    Activities also will be held at the North Complex on KSU’s campus where participants may tour the Hal Ross Mill and O.H. Kruse Feed technology Center. Lunch will be hosted from 11 a.m.to 1:00 p.m. by the Feed and Milling clubs.  A shuttle bus will be run every half hour between Shellenberger Hall and the North Complex.
