SINGAPORE — The board of directors of Noble Group announced on June 1 the appointment of Jeff Frase as an executive director of the company. He has also been appointed a member of the Investment and Capital Markets Committee and the Corporate Social Responsibility and Government Relations Committees with immediate effect.

Noble announced on May 30 that Frase and William Randall will be co-chief executive officers, following the resignation of Yusuf Alireza.

“Jeff is a highly respected and experienced executive whose drive and expertise has played the key role in turning our oil liquids business into the largest and most profitable part of the group,” said Chairman Richard Elman. “His appointment will contribute considerable experience and insight to the board, while also helping him to continue to drive the growth of his global businesses.”
