CHESTERFIELD, MISSOURI, U.S. — The National Corn Growers Association (NCGA) announced on Jan. 11 the appointment of Sarah Doese, who joins the organization as the legislative assistant for the Washington, D.C., U.S. office. In this position, Doese will help staff, the Public Policy Action Team and provide administrative support to the Washington team.
 
“We are excited to welcome Sarah to NCGA,” said Kendra Keller, D.C. office manager. “Her enthusiasm and passion for agriculture, as well as her past internships in D.C., will be an asset to the organization.”

 
Doese graduated from Iowa State University in December 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in agriculture education. She has completed internships with CropLife America, Iowa FFA Association, and the National Association of Agriculture Educators. Doese is a former Iowa FFA state officer and was a member if the Sigma Alpha professional agriculture sorority at Iowa State.
