UZWIL, SWITZERLAND – IBA is a stage for suppliers to the baking industry to showcase their latest innovations to the global baking industry. At this year’s trade fair, Sept. 12-17 in Munich, Germany, Uzwil, Switzerland-based Bühler will present many different technologies for product intake, baking preparations and for the production of chocolate and compound methods.
