A pre-conference workshop, "Operative Miller — Process Management," will open the program on Oct. 12. Jeff Gwirtz, JAG Services Inc., will conduct the workshop. Gwirtz has a doctorate in milling science from Kansas State University and taught for several years in the grain science and industry department prior to beginning his own company.
The Leadership Council is developing a comprehensive schedule of educational presentations and there will be plenty of exhibition time scheduled for attendees to visit the industry's leading milling equipment and service suppliers.
