REIMS, FRANCE — More than 2,000 professionals in the wheat, flour and bread sector worldwide are expected to attend the 65th JTIC International Milling & Cereal Industries Meeting, Oct. 15-16 in Reims, France.

The agenda includes four plenary conferences, an exhibition, an evening gala and numerous activites.

Cereal industry suppliers, students and researchers present their latest innovations and applications for seed producers, storage agencies, millers and manufacturers of bread and pastries. The topics are selected by a technical and scientific committee according to their innovative character and applicability to the cereal industry.

Located at the very heart of the exhibition, the posters make the results of the studies and research more accessible. They can be viewed throughout the day during the trade show and will then be published in Industries des Céréales.

Open to industrials as well as students, the workshops welcome JTIC visitors for 30-minute information sessions during which the innovative products and services developed especially for them are presented.

The deadline for submitting topics for the workshops and the posters is Sept. 10. The program of JTIC activities will be published online at www.jtic.eu on Sept. 17.
