MILFORD, INDIANA, U.S. — Grant Smith has been promoted to customer service representative for Brock Grain Systems, according to Roger Hollinger, customer service manager for the CTB Inc. business unit. In his new position, Smith will be responsible for providing technical service and assistance to Brock’s dealer network.

Prior to his promotion, Smith was a hydraulic press operator on Brock’s grain bin production team. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, and currently resides in Warsaw, Indiana.
