WEST PERTH, AUSTRALIA — The CBH Group said on March 5 that it is searching for replacements for two new senior executives who are leaving their current roles in June.

Chief Financial Officer David Moroney is retiring from his position to pursue a position as a non-executive board director and General Manager Corporate Services Virginia Miltrup is pursuing a career outside of the CBH Group.

CBH Group Chief Executive Officer Andy Crane paid tribute to both Moroney and Miltrup and the significant roles they have played during their five year tenure with CBH.

"David has left a lasting legacy for the cooperative and our growers, assisting us to turn our cooperative business model into a competitive financial strength, whilst Virginia has been instrumental in embedding safety and core CBH values within the business,” Crane said. "We thank them for their contribution to CBH and wish them every success in their future endeavors."

The recruitment process for both roles will commence immediately.
