WEST PERTH, AUSTRALIA — The CBH Group announced on Dec. 1 that Samantha Tough has resigned from her position as an independent director on the CBH board.
Tough has been a director since the beginning of 2014.
Tough is currently the chairman of REMCO (Retail Energy Market Company) Ltd and Aerison Pty Ltd. She is also a cirector of Saracen Mineral Holdings Ltd, Strike Resources Ltd, Red Citadel Pty Ltd, Agricultural Produce Commission and WAAPA (Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts).
CBH Group Chairman Wally Newman said Tough’s experience at senior executive level in a wide range of industries has been a valuable asset to the board during her time as a director.
“I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms. Tough on behalf of the board. She has been an asset to the cooperative,” said Newman.
