KIEV, UKRAINE — Nibulon announced on Nov. 25 that its farmers have finished harvesting late grain crops, a month earlier than previous years.

The company’s branches received more than 330,000 tonnes of grain this season including 96,000 tonnes of winter wheat, more than 10,000 tonnes of winter barley, more than 6,000 tonnes of winter rapeseed, more than 160,000 tonnes of corn, 24,000 tonnes of sorghum, 7,000 tonnes of soybeans, and more than 28,000 tonnes of sunflower.

This harvest has become one of the largest in the last five years and is very close to the results of 2013, Nibulon said..

Summer drought impacted late grain crops, but good results have been achieved due to risk dispersal, Nibulon said.
