A major Multi-National Agri-Business group is seeking an Operations Manager for their large flour milling Operation in DRC. Candidates should be experienced qualified flour millers with a degree in milling science or equivalent (SA Grain Millers or Swiss Milling school etc. are also acceptable) who has grown into Milling/Operations Management with a proven track record. Experience of running maintenance and small projects is also an asset.
Person must be fluent in French and English and preferably have no school-aged children due to lack of educational institutions in the area.
