DECATUR, ILLINOIS, U.S. — ADM Alliance Nutrition, Inc. (ANI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM), announced on Aug. 17 the appointment of two senior executives to fill the roles of retiring Alliance Nutrition president Terry Myers and Frank Huber, vice-president, international.
Effective immediately, Mike Manning has been named vice-president, Alliance Nutrition North America. Manning was previously vice-president, North America feed operations, for ANI and will now be responsible for all ANI North American feed and premix businesses.
Also effective immediately, Jack Cwach has been named vice-president, international, for ANI. Cwach was previously director of business development and group manager, Caribbean for ADM Milling. He will be responsible for the management of all ANI facilities in China and the Caribbean as well as all ANI international joint ventures. He will also oversee international business development.
Both Manning and Cwach will report to Mark Kolkhorst, ADM vice-president and president of Alliance Nutrition and ADM Milling.
Myers will retire on Nov. 30 after dedicating 43 years to the agriculture industry with the last 17 years of service at ADM. Huber will retire on Sept. 30 with 38 years of experience, the last 18 years with ADM. Both will serve in an advisory role until their respective retirement dates.
"In Mike Manning and Jack Cwach, ADM has two highly experienced, capable and knowledgeable leaders who are well-prepared to join me in assuming many of Terry and Frank’s responsibilities and help drive ANI’s continued growth," Kolkhorst said.
"Both Terry and Frank have made tremendous contributions to ANI, ADM and our industry as a whole during their tenures, and we wish them both well in retirement," Kolkhorst added.
