CORUM, TURKEY – Millers from around the world attended a head miller training program at the Alapala Academy Innovation and Training Center, May 5-16, in Çorum, Turkey. Participants experienced grain processing technologies as applications in a processing plant, reinforcing the theoretical knowledge they have obtained and putting it into practice.

Those participating in the training received updated information in the field of milling. The training included comprehensive sections on topics such as working principles and maintenance of machines used in milling processes, automation, milling diagrams, hygiene and control analysis.

Alapala Academy’s training is distinguished by its faculty of highly experienced professionals and respected academics, Alapala said. The head miller session featured instruction from experts like Dr. Seçil Uzel and Dr. Lokman Gemi, whose international academic contributions are widely recognized within the milling science community.
