DAYTON, OHIO, US — Paul Kamm has joined SafeGrain as chief operations officer.

Kamm has nearly 40 years of experience leading operations teams across multiple industries, including retail, technology and manufacturing.

In those roles, he specialized in improving processes, enhancing efficiency, and reducing frustration for both internal teams and external customers. His background includes overseeing areas such as purchasing, production, inventory management, distribution, and logistics, with teams ranging from four to 400 members.

“I am thrilled to join the SafeGrain team and to bring my operational experience to this industry,” Kamm said. “The agricultural industry is new to me, but I am already fascinated by the technology being used today and the advancements we’ll see in the future.
