The AGI FLEXmill has all the advantages and flexibility of a custom designed commercial feed mill at a cost that is economical for on farm feed applications. The modular and flexible design allows you to configure your feed mill for maximum performance and value. The new FLEXmill design replaces your current system with minimal interruption, our bolted together components allow for easy installation without the need for changes to your existing building.
The FLEXmill’s multiple ingredient scales significantly speed up the batching cycle and overall throughput of the mill — capacities of 10-metric-tonnes-per-hour can be achieved. Another significant advantage is the low profile, which makes it suitable for retrofits into
existing facilities as well as new installations.
The FLEXmill key features include teardrop hammer mill available from 30 to 75 hp, hammer mill air assist that substantially increases capacity and feed quality, and the horizontal mixer dramatically reduces mixing time with excellent CV. The option of up to four scales decreases batching time, and the loop conveyor provides a low profile to fit in existing buildings. Featured are integrated micro systems on the FLEXmill, and the system is available with tote bin stations.
The advantages of the FLEXmill begin with installation and start up support by industry experts. The bolt together design of the components allow for easy installation and boast dust tight components that improve mill sanitation. With AGI commercial-duty equipment that’s made to last, it will lower operating costs.
