LOCHEM, NETHERLANDS — Marloes Roetgerink was nominated as a member of the ForFarmers executive board in the position of chief financial officer.
The term is four years, ending at the annual general meeting of shareholders in 2028. She will start on June 1.
The position had been vacant since the departure of Roeland Tjebbes on Dec. 31, 2023. Hans Kerkhoven served in the CFO position in the interim.
Roetgerink has an academic background in industrial engineering and management. After she graduated from University of Twente and subsequently qualified as a registered controller at the Free University of Amsterdam, she had senior financial positions for the past 10 years at Royal FrieslandCampina and Heineken NV.
“Her extensive experience in the agrifood sector in addition to her substantive knowledge is of great value to ForFarmers and her customers,” said Jan van Nieuwenhuizen, chairman of the supervisory board of ForFarmers. “In addition, the supervisory board believes that Marloes Roetgerink is a good addition to the current executive board.”
Roetgerink said she is honored and excited to join ForFarmers.
