UTEBO, SPAIN — SIMEZA has introduced innovations in its grain storage systems as well as its manufacturing processes.

It offers automation of all grain storage management and 360-degree solutions for its clients. SIMEZA can determine the humidity, temperature and level grain in the entire installation, divided by silos. With this data, it can automate the venting or filling/emptying process, which provides higher performance and minimizes losses.

The technical team is constantly looking for points of improvement, optimizing each of its components to offer more stability and durability against any weather, said Pablo García, chief sales manager of SIMEZA.

SIMEZA has adopted technology to improve performance and productivity. In 2022, the company modernized and automated the manufacturing process of the sheets, covers and reinforcements that make up the silos, with the acquisition of technology for the sheet metal cutting, punching and folding processes.

More recently, it purchased a complete cutting line, allowing the company to be self-sufficient throughout the entire process. All of this, together with the management software and analysis of the processes of this technology, allows SIMEZA to optimize the cost and manufacturing times, which translates into better prices for the customer, without reducing the quality of the product.
