MILFORD, INDIANA, US — Amelia Castro has been named international customer service representative for Brock Grain Systems.
Castro, who is bilingual, will be engaging with international customers to administer support and foster long-term relationships.
She joined CTB in 2022, working in Brock’s manufacturing plant in the packaging division. Prior to working at CTB, Castro was an inside sales representative at a local industrial equipment manufacturer for more than 10 years. She gained experience in customer service and relations, sales and marketing.
