OMAHA, NEBRASKA, US — Sandra D. Hulm has joined Scoular Co. as general manager of pulses, seeds, sunflower and bird food.
Hulm joins Scoular from Conagra Brands, Inc., where she spent the past 12 years in a variety of positions, most recently as vice president of procurement. She also worked as senior director of commodities and risk management and director of procurement for oilseeds. Prior to Conagra she was with Archer Daniels Midland Co. for 10 years, serving as senior manager of protein export, senior marketing manager, trader for the global meal desk, and commodity merchandiser.
She received a bachelor’s degree in agriculture, agricultural economics and agribusiness at the University of Saskatchewan and a master’s degree in business administration at Illinois State University.
