FRISCO, TEXAS, US —, and EFC Systems announced Feb. 22 a merger to create EverAg, combining their decades of experience in supply chain, agronomy and risk management solutions for dairy, livestock, crops and agribusiness.

Clients use EverAg’s technology and services throughout the supply chain, helping farmers reduce risk using modern financial instruments, providing manufacturing plants with the visibility they need to reduce waste, enabling retailers to be stronger advisers to growers and supporting sustainability initiatives.
