DELISLE, SASKATCHEWAN, CANADA — AGT Foods debuted its new C$65 million grain terminal in Delisle, Saskatchewan, Canada, CTV News reported.

The facility will be able to clean a thousand tonnes of grain per hour for durum wheat, lentils and peas.

Scott Moe, premier of Saskatchewan, told CTV News, “This will allow good, sustainably-produced Saskatchewan products to be exported to international markets, and to feed families around the world.”

AGT Food and Ingredients is a supplier of value-added pulses, staple foods and food ingredients. The company purchases lentils, peas, beans and chickpeas from farmers around more than 40 facilities located in the pulse growing regions in Canada, the United States, Turkey, Australia, China and South Africa and ship its products to over 120 countries around the globe.
